My closet is full of many hats, but I call myself an industrial designer. It’s what I have a degree in, but offers enough flexibility to leave the door wide-open to explore whatever is in the room. My efforts, which have always been consultant based, have provided me with the opportunity to offer an outside perspective and I can continuously humor myself with a fascination by asking questions all the time to learn new things. My favorite part of the process now is defining and telling the story of the product.
Sometimes I work by myself; sometimes I work with a team. The world is flat and everyday is a new problem to solve. I’m flexible, most of the time cooperative and have a bunch of entrepreneurial experiences that I can bring to the table. I am a risk taker. I am task oriented. I understand and define deliverables required before I start any project, yet adaptable to complete a project successfully on time. I start things and finish things. I am skeptical and yet offer clarity.
